Free shipping from Kyoto, Japan

Every Kissa Kyoto order includes free tracked international shipping. There is no minimum order value and no shipping surcharge at checkout for Singapore or Hong Kong.

Orders are prepared in Kyoto and dispatched from Japan via Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN (Kuroneko Yamato / ヤマト運輸 国際宅急便).

How delivery works

  1. Order confirmed — you receive an email confirmation.
  2. Packed in Kyoto — fragile vessels are wrapped and boxed for international transit (usually 2–4 business days).
  3. Dispatched from Japan — handed to Yamato Transport with tracking.
  4. Delivered to your door — in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Estimated delivery times

Transit times below are based on Yamato Transport official international delivery estimates for major cities, plus a 3-day buffer for packing handover, customs, and local handoff. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Singapore — prices in SGD

  • Carrier: Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN
  • Official Yamato transit: about 4–5 days after dispatch
  • Our estimate after dispatch: 7–8 business days
  • Total from order (incl. packing): usually 9–12 business days
  • Coverage: all areas in Singapore
  • Import note: GST or other import charges may apply depending on order value and Singapore customs rules.

Hong Kong — prices in HKD

  • Carrier: Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN
  • Official Yamato transit: about 4–6 days after dispatch
  • Our estimate after dispatch: 7–9 business days
  • Total from order (incl. packing): usually 9–13 business days
  • Coverage: all areas in Hong Kong
  • Import note: most small personal imports are duty-free, but customs may assess larger orders. Any local charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Fragile packing

Cups, bowls and small vessels are treated as fragile objects. We use protective wrapping, inner cushioning and a sturdy outer box. Please inspect your parcel soon after delivery and keep all packaging until the item has been checked.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email. Delivery timing may vary due to flight schedules, weather, weekends, public holidays, or customs inspection.
