Return and Breakage Policy

Returns and fragile item support

We want every vessel to arrive safely and feel right in your home.

Fragile item damage

Fragile items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue properly.

Non-defective returns

Unused non-defective items may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Used tableware

Used tableware or vessels cannot be returned unless defective. Items must be unused, clean, in original condition and safely packed for return.
