All Kissa Kyoto orders are prepared in Japan and shipped with tracking when available.

Singapore

Ships from Japan to Singapore. Tracked international shipping is used whenever available. GST or import charges may apply depending on order value and applicable rules.

Hong Kong

Ships from Japan to Hong Kong. Tracked international shipping is used whenever available. Fragile vessels are carefully packed before dispatch.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 2-4 business days. During busy buying periods, preparation may take slightly longer.

Fragile items

Cups, bowls and vessels are packed with protective material. Please inspect your parcel soon after delivery and keep all packaging until the item has been checked.
