Each product page will list material, size, capacity, origin, and whether microwave or dishwasher use is recommended.

Many handmade or craft-style vessels are best washed gently by hand. Avoid sudden temperature changes unless the product page clearly states that the item is suitable for them.

For fragile item issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and damaged item.
